Reviewers have the ability to enter comments on removes and modifies which are captured for fulfillment integrations, such as Service Now in our case. The reviewer has the ability to enter fulfillment instructions and comments on review items during a remove or modify. The reviewer would think that the comments would go through the fulfillment integration so that the fulfiller would be able to read and understand the change that is required. As IG is today, the fulfillment instructions are available in the integration but the comments are not. It would be useful to have these accessible as well so that they could be incorporated into the fulfillment integration.
