Today you can see the unmapped account in the application view, on that application you can see the permissions collected.
Application -> Application -> Account - unmapped object -> Permission shown for that user.

On the permission you will only see mapped(linked) accounts but not the unmatched accounts, customers is asking to have that to easily see all the (linked/unliked) accounts on a permission.
