An Access Removal Policy can be used when a customer would like to have different policies for requesting and removing access.

An example is, that for a certain access, it should be the manager that un behalf of the employee can request access, but it should be possible for the employee themselves to request removal of the same access.

Another example is if the customer uses another system to make the access request, but would like IG to handle removal of access.
