Identity data collection via change log: updates occur at one hour intervals, on the hour. How do we change the time and interval? In training, we were informed there is a workaround with configutil.sh on 'com.netiq.iac.rtc.event.polling.interval' and 'com.netiq.iac.rtc.max.polling.timeout' settings... but a UI method would be best - no need to rely on developer, less chance for error, etc.
