The application concatenates many permissions to be the entitlement+cn. Being able to update these in bulk would be beneficial.

We are investigating the optimal way to add this support.
IG 301 - Permissions that are Entitlements and their Bound Permissions are not generated by the Bulk Data Update Definition. Bulk Data Update Definition is for an IDM 'Business Logic' Null driver having multiple Entitlements each with multiple permission values. These permissions were collected by the IDM Permissions Collector.
These bulk data update capabilities were added in Identity Governance 3.5 in Dec 2018.
