Identity Reporting notification takes the email address from the SSO provider. This does cause problems, if the SSO provider do not have updated email-addresses as an attribute.

The Identity Governance database should have updated email-address linked to the identities in order to be able to sent reviews and approvals.

The email-addresses should therefore come from the Identity Governance database instead of the SSO provider. Alternatively, it should be a chose.
