Identity Governance (IG): Option to add Manager (Supervisor) to Review Line Item display

For each (User Access Review) Review line item, need to be able to display the Manager for the person/account being reviewed, so that the 'Download review items as CSV option' carries this information.

Make the User attribute Supervisor (Manager) available under Searchable Option / Display in review item selection criteria - so that it can be added to the Review line item display options.

Do these columns need to be in the line item to support the reviewer or do they just need to be in the csv download file? If the latter, we could address this differently.

Identity Governance 3.5 includes the capability to include supervisor in review items display for any user based reviews
