CSV Reports should be a column row and data rows - nothing more

I'm referring to the Complex CSV (checkbox) reports.
I would still want headers as Row 1, but the page breaks and layouts indicate that the csv files are just PDFs that were converted. When I've asked for CSVs, its because my users and I want to take advantage of Excel spreadsheet capabilities that are pretty much impossible with PDF reports that have been converted to CSV.
Thanks for the great feedback. Many of the reports delivered in Identity Governance 3.5 and later are delivered in a more strict CSV format, where CSV is the primary format of the report. Most of these have more ad hoc filtering options to generate the data in a more customized way. If there are specific reports you are looking for, please enter ideas with details for the report team to investigate.
Please look for "CSV" in the title of the report to indicate that CSV is the primary format of the report.
