Customer maintains names and userids of (both Business & Technical) Application Owners, Reviewers, and Monitors per Identity Governance application and/or review within an Enterprise software application database. (i.e. Remedy)

Business and Technical personnel may access the Remedy application and designate the Application Owners, Reviewers, and Monitors as changes occur.

Before scheduled Reviews are initiated, the current Owner/Reviewer/Monitor metadata is retrieved and updated into the Governance application. The personnel updates are linked to the specific Application and Review names.

The current ownership and reviewer / monitors are then effective in the new execution of Quarterly Reviews.
