Customer provided this JDBC connection string for an Application collector.

jdbc:sqlserver://LENVSSDS10;databaseName=GetAccess;failoverPartner=COLVSSDS10

At any given time, only one of the databases LENVSSDS10 or COLVSSDS10 is up and available.
IG Collector JDBC connection parameter must be adjusted every time it runs.
