Identity Governance (IG): Data Purge Utility needs to become an automatic process

The Data Purge Utility needs to become an automatic process.
Increasingly, Application Administrators are not permitted server access.
Provide Purge Utility parameter configuration within the IG UI with the addition of scheduling the process. Provide options for retention of historical data (per purge-able item) that might require records retention for a specific period of time, such as Access Requests, Separation of Duties approvals, and review decisions.

Identity Governance 3.5 allows administrators to configure maintenance, including the ability to purge, set policies on retention times for various types of data, and run cleanup in the background. Additional work is planned to schedule purging.
