Identity Governance (IG): Tie in external risk sources to User risk score determinations

Gartner IAM Summit 2017 brought several new ideas to the forefront - incorporating NIST Security Risk Levels, Identity Analytics platforms, and Machine Learning of peer group behavior - in providing context around attestations.

Now that Vertica is part of the Micro Focus family of products, could we potentially package an integration enabling Identity Governance to become "adaptive" around user risk scoring and context presentation in the UI?
