If a reviewer is no longer valid while a review is in flight, the system should escalate the "orphaned review" to the original reviewer's supervisor and up the chain.

• Another take from a new prospect: If a reviewer was a manager of N employees with M reviewable entitlements each, and as a result of the reviewer's termination, each of the N direct reports got reorganized to N new managers, then all N*M review items should be "smart" enough to redirect themselves to the N new managers' review inboxes.
