NetIQ Directory & Resource Administrator: DRA should ship with a default Skype Administration Role

In the default Roles there is an xxxx Administration Role for all other types of objects. Dynamic Group Adminsitration, Resource Administration, Resource Mailbox Administration, Mailbox Administration...etc.
There should also be a default Skype Administration Role.
