In some environments the user UPN does not match the user email address. In many of these cases the sip address of the account matches the email address rather than the UPN. Currently DRA uses the users UPN to attempt to connect for skype for business. This connection needs to allow a different attribute to be specified as the sip address to use for the connection. Or, if it already has been set, read the SIP address from the proxyAddresses and utilize the live value.
