Add the UPN format field type in the web console customization. For example I need to make sure that when shared mailboxes are created, the UPN is set to match the email address so that Azure AD Connect can sync the object to AAD correctly. Right now I have to use the email field for this which allows a user to set anything they want and if it is incorrect it adds that UPN suffix whether we want it or not.

I guess the UPN is arbitayr though i.e. there is no UPN format. Most orgs use firstname.lastname@org.com but thats still arbitary! :)
Would also like to see all the attributes from AD. For example, our exchange admin pointed out today that msexchmailboxguid is not visible in DRA and it would really help.
