It would be very beneficial to see who has made changes to the REST web console either with publishing or removing new workflow pages, and adding to, removing from or changing object properties pages. That way changes by user can be tracked or reported on for both management requirements (what level of customization efforts had to be made) or troubleshooting / training instances where maybe someone updated a single web server not realizing or remembering they need to update all of them.
