DRA only suppors a very limited Count of attributes displayed in the console view.
When searching or browsing users ALL Kind of attributes should be available for selecting in the columns Display. So when browsing the console tree and displaying hundreds of users It should be possible to select the Company specific attributes (Office number, personal number, extensionattributes etc) to be displayed in the overview (columns to be displayed) to quickly identify a specific user.
Every AD Attribute should be able to be slected as column displayed even own Schema extensions.

Agreed - the biggest complaint I get is not being able to search by email address. It's hard to get Exchange admin adoption to if you can't search by email.
Also, the ability to customize the subset context menu on a selected object would be huge. Instead of completely viewing the properties of an object to expose the user interface extensions, it'd be nice to expose them or a subset in the selected object view/pane.
I agree. We should be able to pick any arbitrary attribute in the columns being displayed
With the current limited list it can be difficult to differentiate between two users with the same names. If you don't already know the employee id or account name, the only way to differentiate is based on location. If they are in the same location but different departments you could tell which one is right that way but departments are not available to be listed.
I understand that the list would be too long if every attribute were listed there but something like a more attributes option could be included that would bring you to a dialog that would allow you to pick any of the less commonly used AD attributes.
In the next release, we have extended the attributes that can be displayed in the search results for the web console to include the following attributes (Note, that a number of these extended attributes are not cached in the data model by default so they will take a little bit longer to return as they need to be collected as part of the search process):
- Group Scope
- Is Dynamic Group
- Object Name
- Comment
- Status
- City
- Company
- Country
- Department
- Job Title
- Email
- Office
- ZIP Code
- X:400 Email Address
- Target Address
- State
- Modified
- Instant Messaging URL
- Instant Messaging Home Server
- Mailbox Store
- Alias
- Telephone
- Skype for Business Status
The preceding change is targeted for the DRA 9.2 release.
The preceding is available in DRA 9.2, plus we've added the ability to search by email address.
