Currently only the "aligned" setting is supported. The "rolling" option is grayed out. This would allow to calculate service levels over the last literal 24 hours (e.g. 7AM - 7AM) or the last literal week (e.g. Weds - Weds), etc. Currently, service levels are calculated only by the calendar day (midnight - midnight) or calendar week (Sun - Sat), etc.
