We have noticed that when a server is put in maintenance mode, the computer maintenance history shows the audit information for the service account and not the actual user who put the server in maintenance mode. We are often asked "who" put the server in maintenance mode, but are unfortunately unable to answer due to the fact the service account is logged and not the username of the actual user who put the server in maintenance mode. If this could be corrected, this would be wonderful.
