AppManager: HTTP 12002 AXL request time out issue renders many of the CiscoCM KS unusable with performance issues

The AXL time out issues is causing many of the jobs to be unusable and effectively rendering the module useless. There needs to be a better way of handling this issue so that the module is usable when these types of errors occur.

Hi Bill - While we don't want any unusable KSs, I have to understand the root cause so we can effectively fix the issue for everyone, rather than just mask it or fix it for one customer. I know you have a support case on this, so we'll work within the constraints of that case.
There's a long list of AXL timeout issues, so let's work on what can be automated for both diagnosis and correction.
