Matt - can we get some more details on this? Are you thinking that there should be links in the SLA portlet that allow interaction into other frames of the Web portal? Which metrics would drive what interactions?
Tim,
The existing element links in the SLA portlet should drive other portlets, such as alarms, charting, etc., in addition to its own. The configuration is there, but it doesn't work.
I would also like to see when you click the percentage links, that it also adjusts the time frames in the other portlets. So, if I click one that is 98% for today and I drill down to the hour in the SLA portlet, the other portlets (alarms, etc.) also display information for the same time period. This would avoid people having to set time periods per portlet for the same issue.
