AppManager: In a NOC and AppManager environment be able to add more than 1 comment to an alarm in NOC alarms portlets?

Run support teams leverage NOC to view events, there should be a comment buffer allowed and configurable to add comments of more than 1 to an alarm,

E.g
Timestamp Comment
9:30 AM Bob work on clearing space on G and H
1PM Steve tookover for Bob in clearing space, no ETA yet.
2:30 Mary the Run Manager expects a timeframe when this task are completed?
5:00 PM Steve cleaned up space
