The Smartphone app, on iOS at least, needs some minor formatting improvements and English language fixes. Please see attached screenshot.
Problems:
Needs a little bit of extra line spacing between the date “February 22, 2017…” and the buttons below it for Accept/Decline. It’s too jammed together looking right now. I’d say spacing similar to “Pending Requests” line and the paragraph immediately below it“User AD LDS\Paul…” would be a good example of the spacing needed to provide more visually appropriate screen. No symmetry right now – it looks a bit sloppy/haphazard.
The middle bolded verbiage in the screenshot below is not phrased in proper English, and it doesn’t structure the information particularly well for quick glances. The most crucial details need to pop out. I propose something like the following:
An authentication attempt with the following details requires your attention:
User: AD LDS\Paul Jones
Event: Authenticators Management
IP: 10.4.0.15
If you initiated this request, tap the Accept button. If you did not, then tap Decline and report the event to your system administrator.
Provide Geolocation for the IP – “Savannah, GA” or “London, England”
