Need the ability to edit the poorly worded and inappropriate guidance on the SMS OTP and Voice OTP enrollment screens (see screenshots below)? I don’t see a “Policies à Custom Messages” item for it.
First, typical American English non-IT person vernacular for the “Voice OTP” is actually just “Phone Call” method. Google, Microsoft, banks and others keep it simple and obvious. No one calls it “Voice OTP” – that a too-technical and weird term for end users. We’ve already rebranded that elsewhere in the AA customization. Similarly with “SMS OTP”. Most people call SMS as “Text” instead, and certainly wouldn’t include the additional verbiage of “OTP” – that’s an IT term, not a business user or customer friendly term. We should be able to eliminate that confusing terminology from the enrollment screens.
Second, we are NOT seeding this Voice OTP method via cell numbers, so you shouldn’t be hardcoding that assumption for us or other customers. We are seeding the Voice OTP with an AD attribute for desk/landline phones. So the AA product shouldn’t be saying “cell number” all over the place, confusing our users.
All reasons these enrollment screen’s verbiage needs to be easily customizable, if it isn’t already.
