Advanced Authentication (AAf): Tool like "ClientLoginExtensionConfigurationUtility.exe" to configure custom MSI with updated config.properties for Device Service

With CLE there is a tool "ClientLoginExtensionConfigurationUtility.exe" where you can configure with specific settings are made to install file so no manual changes are needed. Having this with options for the config.properties with Device Service would make installs easier on machines with different hardware and no manual edit of files after.
