If there are more than one SMS gateways being used by an organization, there needs to be a dynamic configuration available for the same. The current example can if the customer sends the in-country SMS using local SMS provider and for the users out of the country are being served with Twilio.

Thus there is a need for the customer to manage OTP to users using 2 different SMS gateways and thus the enhancement request.
