Current situation: Today, when a user attempts to login to the AdminUI and authenticates successfully but does not have the proper authorization (i.e. does not have the ENROLL ADMIN or FULL ADMIN role), they see the message 'Permission Denied.' On the syslog side, there is no message that indicates a specific user has failed to login to the AdminUI/Helpdesk portal due to lack of permissions -- it is just the generic 'Request failed.'
Desired situation: In the context of the AdminUI and Helpdesk events, when a user authenticates successfully but does not have the correct authorization, log an explicit message to Syslog.
