The BankId method is pretty useless if it's not possible to auto-enroll users with a predefined value of "personal id" in LDAP.

The bankId API is describes here:

Primary use case:
1. An unknown user chooses BankId method in NAM and types social security number on NIDP or AdvancedAuth jsp.
2. User starts BankId mobile app and authorize authentication.
3. NAM queries ldap for user with matching SSN or provisions user in ldap (name attributes are provided in API)
4. User is authenticated.
Login on workstation is pretty much the same.
