Currently need to click on 'username' to get to 'change user'.
Not as intuitive for new users.
Can it be a separate button on top to click?

The Help Desk UI is currently being rewritten and this will be taken into consideration.
Please provide any other feedback you have on this module as soon as possible.

By having a menu "Actions" you can have the "Change user" as a sub-menu. Also it gives the team the room to add other relevant actions to the sub-menu as these become available.
I would also suggest having a menu "Home" that simply takes the Help Desk user to his/her enrolment page. Currently, if the helpdesk user wants to change his/her enrolment they need to search for their username and respond to the authentication (if the "require user credentials" policy is enabled). Or they need to change to the /accounts page which also requires authentication.
