Feature: Being able to configure the system to temporarily block user account after x failed attempts (for instance account could be blocked for 30mn after 5 failed attempts to enter the first authentication factor).

This functionality exists when the endpoint is online (can access NetIQ server), but it will better secure the endpoint if it could also be available offline. Because currently if someone has access to an endpoint and if the endpoint is offline, he can try all methods as often as he wants.
