Advanced Authentication (AAf): Login screens should, per-computer + per-user, remember last Chain used to login/unlock

Windows/Mac/Linux Client login screens should, per-computer and per-user remember the last Chain successfully used to login/unlock that device by that user, highlighting that choice on Chains screen, so each user doesn't always have to scroll like 7 items down to get to their favorite Chain every time they login to it. Would solve another big part of the hassle factor of the current logon UI.
