Advanced Authentication (AAf): Allow the servers used by a repository to be configured on one site for another site

Current situation: The configuration for a repository is replicated to each site except for the servers. It requires the administrator set the servers on each site and with a large number of repositories, this can be cumbersome.

Desired situation: Much like the RADIUS Client method with 'Specify servers per site', allow the servers used by a repository to be configured on one site for another site. Furthermore, allow one site to use the server configuration of another in an easy way.
