Advanced Authentication (AAf): When chains are created and user enrolls force that the chain must also include another

While on POC customer enrolled Bluetooth and Proxcard. They then logged out and only had LDAP Password. They were surprised and asked if when they are chained like this to also enforce PIN when any method + PIN is in a chain. I thought this was a good idea as they are new to AA and I always enroll PIN as I know it is needed however users will not know and need to enroll a second time to do PIN.
