Advanced Authentication (AAf): Once a user has enrolled methods provide option to turn off LDAP Password so users with methods only see those chains and NOT the LDAP Password unless an admin enables this.

On a customer POC and they have Bluetooth and PIN as well as Proxcard and PIN enrolled however they still see LDAP Password as a method when logging into Desktop. They are adding AA to eliminate having users use LDAP Password.

If I understand this correctly:
- We would place a filter in "Events"
- This would use a checkbox activation
- The filter would be: "Hide LDAP Password after chain enrolled"
- Default is NOT selected
- When NOT selected the behavior is same as current and previous versions
- when selected
- A user with no other complete chains (assigned to the event) will still see
LDAP Password as an option at authentication prompt
- A user with any other completed chains (assigned to the event) will not see
LDAP Password as an option at authentication prompt

The desired effect is to allow LDAP Password authentication until a user has at least one other chain assigned to a specific event enrolled and to halt the use of LDAP Password after a user has at least one other chain assigned to a specific event enrolled.
