Advanced Authentication (AAf): MFA Smartphone native NetIQ App avoid additonal info after QR code scan

- Customer uses AAF Version: 5.6 and Access Manager 4.4.
- Using the current version, an additonal info entry is offered after the scan of the QR code for an authenticator.
- Customer wants to simplify this process and
-- a) have a configuration possibility to remove that additional info entry box
-- b) or if this is not possible, to have a "save w/o additional info" button
