Advanced Authentication (AAf): 5.6.5 config import to v6 destroys cluster

after initial import of 5.6.5 config into v6, and then build the global cluster, doing the last import before go-live and migration to v6, all cluster information is (unnecessarily) destroyed. This forces a company to install all cluster servers as fast as possible, since enrolment has to be frozen until this job is finished. So, second import should at least have the option "reset cluster config? yes|no"

Currently the import needs to be done once before adding other AA servers in the new cluster. That's the documented procedure: https://www.netiq.com/documentation/advanced-authentication-60/install-upgrade-guide/data/upgrading.html
