Advanced Authentication (AAf): Notification upon attempting to save an Event with no Chains

Add a pop-up notification upon attempting to save an Event with no chains, notifying the user that all future attempts to sign in using this event will be impossible without a proper chain to resolve the login.

If not globally, at least specifically on the AdminUI event. Saving this event with no chains attached will completely prevent all future logins to the Admin Portal, preventing the ability to fix this error.
