When a user has installed the AA Smartphone app, if they reset their phone, when they re-install and re-enroll it will be a separate enrollment; the original enrollment remains as an unused duplicate. The app should either reset the existing enrollment or delete the duplicate.

  • It seems that 'clean-up' should be a part of the process.

    How would the enrollment site know if was a re-enroll or simply enrolling a second device. Should there be a checkbox or something that the user must select. (Note that we likely can tell by the phone ID during the registration process.) You thoughts on this would be nice.
