Advanced Authentication (AAf): Fast sync for LDAP repositories

Fast sync for AD repositories is supported and works however for LDAP repositories fast sync does not seem to be supported. For LDAP repositories with large amounts of objects, a full sync could take over an hour

We are fine with the behavior in 6.0.

NOTE TO ALL. Fast Sync is not required in LDAP. However, we did some upgrades to our replication capabilities in v6 that provide much greater performance.
