Messages are easily missed because they are hidden since they appear in the upper right under built-in browser form fill capture tools. Unless the user is both very observant and fast, error and success messages when testing form based (SMS OTP / TOTP) will go unnoticed. Need to probably either move the message to somewhere else, leave it up for much longer, or require the user to dismiss the message manually instead of it disappearing / fading out on its own.
