Being able to see a user's authentication attempts by support staff would be helpful in determining what the root problem is when a user claims they 'cannot log in.' In our experience, sometimes there is an issue with how a user authenticates (wrong PIN/password, etc.) and sometimes its an issue with the authorization a user has inside the particular application they are authenticating to.
