Currently you need to type in your e-mail address and a reason to checkout credentials.
In some cases this might be useful, but for many of the use case of our customers this is a bit cumbersome.

Is it still required (technically) to type in your e-mail? Can this be prefilled?

Or can this be an option per application or credential if you pre-fill or require this information for checkout?

  • Secondarily, it does not actually email anyone with information. So while collecting it for audit is nice. Only collect it if used, else read it out of FrameWork user config or pass thru to AD and read it from the AD user.

    An option to remove this from being required would be useful. But better would be an option to actually email based on it, as well.

  • Good idea. I don't know exactly what details will be that we end up with, but we will look at changing this to: a) make it configurable b) actually send a notification email (or remove the need for it).
